How to Clear Cache and Cookies

 

  1. Open a Chrome window (it makes no difference what webpage). 
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the  icon.
  3. In the drop-down, select Settings.
  4. In the left-hand column of the Settings page, click on History.
  5. On the History page, click on the  button.
  6. On the Clear browsing data… page, set the Obliterate the following items from: dropdown to 
  7. Then make sure the first four items are checked:               
  8. Then click the  button.
