The Austin printer will need to have it's SMTP authentication reconfigured every few months, as we are not using 2FA with these shared receptionist accounts.  Note that with this setup, we are not able to use ASP (App Specific Passwords).

This means every few months, the password for receptionistaustin@leresearch.com will be required to change.  And the setting for "Less secure apps" to access Gmail will revert back to it's default OFF setting.

Both the Gmail setting and the SMTP authentication will have to be modified manually in order for scanner and printer functionality to be restored.

1) Make note of the new Receptionist Austin password, as we will need this later.

2) Log into receptionistaustin@leresearch.com and go to: https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps?pli=1

3) Turn the "Less secure apps" setting to ON.

4) Go to the printer's IP address, 10.8.2.8

5) Log into the admin portal by clicking on the log in button the top right.  Select Administrator and hit next

6) Password is: 12345678

7) Go to Network > E-Mail TX (SMTP)

8) Scroll down and hit the checkbox next to SMTP Authentication

9) Check the box next to Password and type in the new password and hit OK at the bottom of the screen.

You should be able to use the printer after these steps.
