In order to install 8x8 and Microsoft Office on your computer, you will need to download Company Portal from the Microsoft Store.
1) Click on the Windows 10 search bar on the bottom left of the screen and type in: "Microsoft Store"; launch the app.
2) Click on the word Search and type in: "Company Portal", then select the app
3) Click on the button to download the app.
4) Once it's downloaded, click on the "Launch" button.
5) Sign in with your computer username and password and then you should be able to download the apps.
